Thank you for visiting Canberra.Florist. The information, products and designs on this site are subject to the following terms and conditions described. By accessing Canberra.Florist you are submitting that you have read, understood and accepted, without limitation or qualification, and are bound to Terms and Conditions of Canberra.florist.

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.  

Delivery

Delivery fees will be added at checkout.  The minimum delivery fee is $15 which is applied for deliveries Australia wide, for delivery by 6pm. Express delivery by 3pm is $20, express delivery by 12pm is $25 and express delivery by 10am is $30. Express deliveries that have not been requested and purchased cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to complete your express delivery request, we will get in touch with the contact information you provided.

The customer must check all details are correct, including the name and address of the recipient. If we attempt delivery and the address has been listed incorrectly, we will charge a $15 redelivery fee.

Same day delivery can be guaranteed if ordered by 3pm. If you require same day delivery after this time, please call us on 1300 633 305 to discuss, although not guaranteed.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our drivers will leave the flowers in a secure spot at the front door, if appropriate.  If this is not possible, the flowers will be returned to the store and we will get in contact with the customer.

Flowers

An upgraded price (if selected) is indicative of an increase in stem count and/or flower value.

On occasion, flowers may not be available due to season or quality. In this case, we will strive to provide the best quality blooms that will be a close match to the image selected.

We have fresh flowers sourced 5 days a week; Due to this, the flowers are usually very fresh and have not yet bloomed. In some cases, they will be delivered fresh and still as a bud, thus providing longer enjoyment as you watch them blossom!

Returns and Refunds

All flowers and hampers we sell on this website are perishable. The lifespan of flowers depends on the species and the environment they are in. Due to the latter, we recommend cutting the stems on an angle and changing the water in the vase every two days. Extreme changes in climate may also have adverse effects on the flowers, air conditioning and extreme heat should be avoided. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for Canberra.Florist to guarantee the flower quality in every case.

All complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please give us a call on 1300 633 305 and we can discuss a suitable resolution. Should you be unsatisfied with the quality of the flowers, Canberra.Florist will be happy to resend new flowers, provided that all care instructions have been followed. Canberra.Florist reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. 

We understand that the orders you request are very important and should be delivered to the recipient as per your instructions and specifications. However, we do understand that there may be circumstances where you have concerns regarding your order meeting expectations. For that reason, we ask that you contact us on 1300 633 305 to discuss a refund. Original delivery flowers may be asked to be return in the case of a refund.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

Cancellation

Cancellation may occur at any time prior to the delivery date. If you should wish to cancel on the same day of delivery, please call us on 1300 633 305 immediately. We are unable to cancel an order that has already been created and/or is already out for delivery.
